1) You download the media, sql and quickstart page if you need here

2) Install Magento2 and install the theme normally
3) Replace database with demo database
4) Find core_store_config table edit the following 2 records:
5) Connect ssh, navigate to magento root then run
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
6) If you want to use demo media, download it and unzip to pub/ folder, override old files if needs.
