Import/Export is not showing in backend

please do these following steps of my instruction

1 - You need to access into your database

2 - Choose core_config_datta to edit

3 - Please look these picture, you need to choose like I do

In the value field, you fill with "advanced" then press enter

Change every value from "1" -> "0"

4 - Clear all the cache (page cache and server cache)
