Solution:
Our theme was built by Builder, so please don't edit the homepage content in admin panel, actually you can do that but if you do that, you will be not able to create Owl Slider ( this block only is created by the builder ) and you will need to build the homepage manually by yourself. We are not sure what is the problem with the builder, you can tell me, so we can check for you, we recommend you to use the Builder to edit/remove any elements on the homepage.
