How to active module MGS_OSCheckout

You need to active module MGS_OSCheckout by run these commands: 

php bin/magento module:enable MGS_OSCheckout 

php bin/magento setup:upgrade 

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f 

php bin/magento c:c

Then go to admin -> Mgs -> Oscheckout -> Enable
