We have enabled the option to "not show in front store" products that are out of stock.
The problem is that the Store leaves an empty space for the "out of stock products" as can be seen on the example URL.
I was exploring the code and it seems that on themes/automatic/woocommerce/archive-product.php Lines 163 to 190 a check for the $product->is_visible() is required before adding a new <li>.
I would like to know what files i need to add / overwrite , this is because a few months ago your team made direct changes on the theme to fix a speed issue and i dont want to risk loosing those changes.
The automatic-shortcodes plugin needs updating as well ?

That is some product haven't price.
EX. when i enter price for product https://www.computienda.com.sv/wp-admin/post.php?post=13241&action=edit, You can see it show on page.

Its correct , the product doesnt have a price because it is out of stock. It should not be on the page...or the blank space

I have just deactive 'automatic-custom-child' and your site work well.
Do you custom child theme?
Yes we use a child theme for extra customatization like the mega menu with categories and some other things.
But even with the child theme deactivated the issue is still there . Check this url and picture

Check for the $product->is_visible() is required before adding a new <li>.
No. If you do that then you only don't show <li>, But your site will count products wrong, and navigation bar wrong.

If you want build function in child theme. Please build in file function.php

The file in child thema at /inc/functions/woocommerce.php was empty , but it has been deleted anyways.
