- For the text "Store Location", you can change it with Loco translate plugin. You can go to Loco translate > Themes > New language > if you just want to change it in English text, you can select English language.
It seems something wrong and the site can't access. Can you access the site normally?
Also, for the footer link, have you changed the path of footer_6.php file in child theme as the previous reply?
For the Storage Location, Loco translate plugin can help you to change it. You can create the Language "English" and change it to any text you want "Storage Location"

When installing demo and recommended plugins some errors kept flashing up. Although they are now installed.
When I go into the customiser an error flashes up temporarily.
When trying to opt for another header style it doesn't change. Many things are not updating in fact.

The footer copyright won't take html, so can't add a link.
The phone number, address, working hours is repeated in the customizer.
The 404 section on the customizer is asking about the footer.
The header telephone number - can the 'free line for you' be changed and the HTML a href : tel:+44 clickable
the clickable email address in the header comes up with an http:// in front
Can we opt for NO pop up?
I want boxed width not full width, the options are wide and full width. Isn't the width meant to make the website boxed?
Recommended limits and recommendations have been set and WP is at latest version.

1. Header type: you should edit home page, scroll down and select header type to Default in Layout Options box.
2. I can't see where to change the map behind the 'get an estimate'
=> It is the static image. So you can change it in wp-content/themes/helpmate/images/map_img.jpg

=> Each header will have their own settings so it will display all in the customizer. You can see it separately in Theme Options.

I tried that myself, if you look in the footer it is not displaying a link
Store location - it isn't the language I want to change, it the the wording. I want it to read Storage Location
