The footer image wont change when i update it under Riven>skins>footer>footerbackground

Can you try to turn on Compile CSS options in Theme Options > Skin tab and click Save changes?

I tried this, and it it worked after about an hour of waiting for the change to take place.
I am finding it very difficult to customize this theme, such as the color (i had to do custom css because the skins option is very limited).
