So you can add your translation to file, please go to app/locale/en_US( this depend on your language ) and add translation in .csv file, for example,you can add to Mage_Checkout.csv to translate ajax popup

We don't have csv file in the theme, now you are using Italian, so you need to add your translation in this folder:
app/locale/it_IT
