We have purchased yourtheme, installed it and all necessary plugins. However when trying to import demo nothing is happening. Additionally when trying to compose a page in a Visual Composer according to steps in documentation - choosing for example Wedding/Team, then Demo Layout 1 it looks like name and photo were just set in different rows, not in the circles, like in the demo. Are the demo files somewhere to import and then add do the theme or should I activate them somewhere (In the documentation Demo part is just skipped, so I cannot do it by myself)?
I won't send my site admin data to anybody, especially on an open website and to a person I do not know. I was counting on an answer that will be helpful and give me a chance to solve a problem by myself. I did everything according to the manual and if anybody knows how to deal with a problem connected with demo versions I will be grateful for a reply.
