Thanks for your feedback, we are still trying to fix this but it is a difficult problem, so just want to ask whether can you please use pager instead load more? It will works fine with pager than more "load more"
We have fixed this problem, please upload this patch to magento root on your server ( override old file ) then refresh cache and try again, you can check here

On the category page there is a display of the colors of items. If you click on them, the product image changes to the corresponding color.
But this feature conflicts with "Ajax Load More Products". After you used the button "Load More", click on the swatches no longer switch the image.

1) Click on the color swatches for "Jean Super Man". The picture changes, everything works.
2) Click on the "Load More" button at the bottom of the page.
3) Now click on any color swatch for any product on the category page. Does not work.
Please fix it. This feature is very important for my store.
