- For the shop page, I checked again and see that only default permalink in Settings > Permalink will work as before. So can you check the server settings again?
- For the menu, homepage enables menu one page in page editing by checking "Show Menu OnePage" in Layout Options box so it will use the menu in One Page Single Product location.
Other pages will use menu in Menu Primary location. That why the menu is different between homepage and other pages.
