I have buy the theme Baber lasterday and I doens't work to intall the demo Tatoo on my wordpress. Event if, I have followed the barber Documentation. So I have took the option at the $50 for the Envato install the theme for me, but is it without success... When I install all pluggins my website crash...Error 502 I import the file .zip one the wordpress -->Active the theme --> Install & Active the pluggins (crash the system) --> Import demo --> Importe demo like the documentation but either it crash or it does not charge...
I seen that my pluggin Ultimate VC Addon is not activate beacause my licence is not active.Normaly the license is provided with the price of the theme. No ?
For the plugin license, it can't activate for each site because we bought it with extended license. However, you still have right to use and update plugin normally via our theme.
For installing the site, you can provide the info privately in this ticket. For the Mailchimp plugin, it can be the memory limit is not enough. Anyway, I still need to access the site FTP and WordPress admin to check for the error.

Also, I suppose it will need FTP info too if the website crash when importing demo content.

I see you still can use these plugins Ultimate Addon and Visual Composer normally in the site.

About the upload, do you mean you want to update plugin?
