I have a couple of issues. First, I am currently running your template on the domain referenced above. I did notice when this template is used, the Import Module under SYSTEM >> DATA TRANSFER >> IMPORT stops working. Attached is a screenshot showing what is visible. I have tried several clean installs and the same issue persists. It is only when I install Magento without the template that everything works.
Second, when I try to run the Module Manager under Web Setup Wizard and attempt to activate or deactivate a module, I get the following error:

Found non-writable path(s): (All related to the /generated/ folder, I checked the permissions and all of the folders are set to 755 and files are 644.
Any assistance on both of these issues would be appreciated.
