I purchased your theme yesterday but I'm getting the error in the screnshoot attached. I have installed Magento themes before without any issues. I also went to my hosting provider for support and they can't figure out why the issue might be.
Please provide support since it doesn't make sense to go through all this trouble to install just a theme.
Seem the problem come from an extension from mageplaza. If you has been already install some extensions from mageplaza before, please remove this folder: app\code\Mageplaza\Core and if you have installed extension social login before, please remove app\code\Mageplaza\SocialLogin
For other issue, please make sure you have upload all of our extensions. Please check for me and make sure this folder exist: app\code\MGS\Mpanel
