    I want to edit the footer layout ..but i am not getting its page in pages section.

    You can setting footer default in pages backend and setting footer at Tinos option -> Footer.

    yes in Tinos->footer option i can set its layout but if i want to edit links in footer layout 1 or 2...cant see option at backend to edit links shown in footer layout
