    Dear Support-Team,

    one short Question regarding RSS/XML Error. I got this message (please see attached screenshot). I don't know, what went wrong?

    Have you tried contacting your host regarding this matter? There’s probably some firewall, DNS or permission setting on your server that prevents the connection going in/out to/from your server.
