We purchased the theme on the pretext of the best ever magento 2 theme in terms of speed and performance. However we are facing serious challenges with the website performance and speed. We have not customize anything on the website and home page itself taking more than 30 sec to load which is giving a very poor user experience. We have not attempted to optimize its since we believe that the theme owner should provide the solution.
May I request you to look into the issue, I am enclosing the test speed insight for the needful.
