I am purchased the theme and follow the guide to put \Unero_v1.1.4\Themes\Magento 2.1+\Patches\patch_for_magento_2.2+\app to my magento 2.2.0 root folder , refresh cache and then run php bin/magento module:enable MGS_Mpanel . it shows this error Unknown module(s): 'MGS_Mpanel', then I read your reply to an user's comment, it also needs to upload pub, lib folder. I did that as well and refresh cache. I am still getting this error, actually I get unknown modules error for all the enable module commands. There is not registration.php to any of models . Do I need to put registration.php for every models or I have done something wrong.?
I think that you did wrong, you have to upload app/ lib/ and pub/ folder outside Patches folder before apply patch2.2+, please check and apply them again and make sure that in app/code/MGS look like this:
Thanks, so I got the folders uploaded. when I php bin/magento module:enable MGS_Mpanel and rest of module:enable commands. It saysno modules were changed. Is it the correct or something went wrong ?

That mean, all modules were enabled, now just run upgrade command and deploy again
