go to:
admin -> Manage Megamenu Items -> Items -> Custom Class
add the code:
link-colour-red
Please refer to my attached photo for more information.
Note: Only works with certain colors: red, yellow, ...

There are 2 ways to do this:
1.admin -> Manage Megamenu Items -> items -> Special Html (2.jpg).
2.admin -> PRODUCTS -> Categories -> MGS Megamenu (3.jpg).
