Documentation shows a landing page section in the Category admin page.  This is not displaying on my site.  Why?

My ip address is 68.66.206.211

My domain name is www.ontherocks.gallery

I have been trying to use the landing page, but it does not display the sub categories.

I set the "projects" category "Is Landing to "yes"

I uploaded images for the 3 subcategories in their landing sections

I cleared the cache and all static files, and displayed the Projects category page, and nothing - here's a link to that page:

You already have my signon info, remember to set your windows hosts file
