I uploaded Riven theme, downloaded all available plugins, and uploaded demo, but for two of the plugins i am told i have to purchase a license. The licenses are for One Page Navigator and Ultimate Addons.
It means the license of each premium plugin included in our theme can't be activated in your site because we bought extended license from plugin author. However, you still have right permission to use and update the plugin as it is extended license.

I see you still can use these plugins Ultimate Addon and Visual Composer normally in the site.
About the license activation, you can ignore that because it can't activate in your site. We bought these plugins in extended license. https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC/pages/524351/Extended+License
One Page Navigator: We use the free version.
