I'm running pre-launch tests aiming to confirm (under the List of Countries I've enabled shipping to) all work properly upon filling in the BiILLING/SHIPPING addresses: 

For Billing address, all works fine. 

Problem arise when I try defining SHIPPING address: 

 Whether I use copy of address( from BILLING) or If I fill in a completely different address, ensuring that ALL fields are defined , 

=> In all cases I get a validation ERROR message informing me that I must fill in ALL 6 form fields while I've actually filled in all of them. See below

Any idea what could prevent the completion of billing address?
