Sorry the server is getting down right now for the maintainace so the plugin link can't work. So can you try to install plugin manually by uploading plugin zip file provided with the all-files-and-documentation package?

Can you provide your site link? Also, for the logo, can you check to see if only homepage logo doesn't change? There is an option for logo uploading in each page, so you should edit that page and remove the logo upload so it can receive the default logo in Theme Options.

This section, you should edit that page, edit Barber member shortcode and add the image in image field.
For blog images and gallery images, in demo content, the image is just sample images to demonstate the layout so the image won't the same as demo site.
