Footer will display widgets in Footer sidebar correspond to footer type in Appearance > Widget.
So for Footer type 1, you should go to Appearance > Widget > edit or remove/add/replace widget content in Footer 1 widget 1, Footer 1 widget 2, Footer 1 widget 3, Footer 1 widget 4. Each footer sidebar correspond to each footer column.
