I expect you would respond within short time. As i created the ticket more than 24 hours ago. It may take time to fix the issues in some cases. But you can acknowledge that you are working on it. 24 hours is a long time to wait for initial response.

Answer: we don't create option, actually it is not theme's bug, it is custom theme but we have made for you, so we will not make an option, if you want, we can make for you but you will need to pay extra
2) On this page: https://al1designdecor.com/portfolio/index/view/id/3/, in fact it is owl slider, just now the navigation is not showing, so you can't click to see more image, I have made, so you can click on left arrow or right arrow to view more image. If you want to see it like the way you like, you can make by yourself, we only support if it is theme's bug. Hope you can understand.

I am sorry that the issue has not been resolved completely. if you check the page https://al1designdecor.com/portfolio/index/view/id/1/ you will find that there re 9 image updated but only showing 3 images.
