I am getting an error when using coupon codes on the checkout page.  They work when placing an order via the admin section.

The codes work when entered in the cart, but not if entered on the final checkout page.

 It seems my hosting company added more rules in the .htaccess. We found it was the 6G firewall settings.  Not all are compatible with Magento.
