I am experiencing some issues with customizing my site with this theme. I have changed the primary color on the site, but I do not see the color change on the site. I attempted to change the color of the main menu background but was not able to do it except through CSS. Also I have selected the newsletter to not show in the footer that I have chosen, but it continues to show even after I have made the selection for it to not show. What are the steps to work through these issues? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I see the color still can change normally.
I tried to change main color to red color.
Make sure to clear the cache to see the changes.
You can press ctrl-f5 if you use chrome to flush the cache or open the site in private mode.
