Have you customized anything on your site relate to layout? Because you have been using the 2columns left layout for category page but don't know why it is 1 columns when view, please provide your site info ( admin account and ftp access detail ) I want to check. Thanks
I have another quick question, how do I make the parent category in my navigation bar display the sub categories. I have a number of sub catergories under the wedding catergory but these do not appear in the menu.
3) About the third party extension, I want to know how do it works, also have you checked this extension with default magento2 theme and make sure it is working fine yet?

1) About sub category on the parent category, I see that it is showing now
