My web easily had this 508 Resource Limited issue. Even i cant edited my wordpress web, when i log in and click any edit material this (as per attached) came out. It keeps loading for a long time then 508 resource limit

Sorry about the delay as I was investigating this issue. The website https://redist.com.my/ is working fine now. Attached is the screenshot for the same.
As per checking I saw that your hosting account reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 41 times. This resulted in the resource limit reached error.
As per checking the existing process I found a suspicious plugin. Please confirm if you have installed the plugin async-
As per checking I see that as soon as we click on edit the CPU, EP limit is reached. It appears to me that there is very high call out to admin-ajax.php from the wpbakery:
I tried installing the heartbeat plugin to fix this but no luck. You will have to upgrade the hosting for more resource or contact developer / theme provider to know what exactly is causing this.
Can you check what is the cause?Or do i need to delete admin user?
I have create another username (redistmalaysia) also as administrator. But, i could not edit my page using wp bakery.
As per screenshot, u can see if i log in through redistmalaysia, the dashboard is quite different with admin. Why is that? I cant even change the font color for my testimony background
ok once i log in using the new adminisrator, i have found the wp bakery under pages menu.
But as you can see as per my screenshot, everytime i want to edit anything, it keeps loading for long time and as you can see behind the menu, "connection lost" pops out.
The same things happen if i log in with admin username.
in the meanwhile. If i want to delete user admin, do i need to transfer the data to new user? what does it mean to delete content? does it mean the blog post will also be gone?
My plan to delete user admin and use the new username redistmalaysia only.. Both are administrator

Can you tried to install WordFence plugin and scan the site to see if any malicious code added to the site automatically?
If so, you can use that plugin to fix it too.

i have delete the suspected user, based on my previous report.
Change my password and install wordfence security.

Also, have you tried to scan the site to see if the WordPress core file is changed or added some weird code?

Can you try to deactivate plugins you don't use to reduce the resources used?

What is wrong with it?
Can you try to switch the theme to default Twenty Fifteen and check the error again?
If it still the same, can you try to deactivate all plugins except VC and check the error?
If the error is resolved, you can re-activate each plugin to see which one causes the problem.

If you don't transfer the data to the new user, all the content related to the old user will be deleted such as post created by old user.
