The cache managment in magento also has an error message is this something you can resolve or is it best we do a restore from a back up point before moving forward with the ssl.
Our host said that they may be able to resolve this error by restoring the site to an earlier date, but do you think this is someting to do with the theme.

I belive this is due to a missing template file. Siteground are wanting to do yet another restore in the hope of the file returning. But I would really like to avoid this because am assuming it will affect the changes you have made to the ssl. Would you have a back up of this file and would it be possible for you to replace it please.
Also the changes you made for us before all this happened would they be able to be reinstated, as these where lost due to having to do a system restore.
SiteGround did the restore and it was unsuccessful in fixing the Cache. I have asked them to look into this properly and offer a solution as it was working before they attempted to enable SSL but they are not being very helpful at all which is rather frustrating!!

Since restoring the website back to the 7th (so we have the latest changes) the frontend no longer works - I am assuming that this is some setting with the SSL as the site is still showing as secure.
I am trying to add pictures into my pages - about us, contact us etc and the blog. If I try to upload anything other than a default Magento image it just appears as a placeholder to everyone else, apart from on my own computer where it shows perfectly?
I dont really understand what the problem could be - do you have any suggestions? I am currently trying to upload a picture to my Royal Wedding Fever blog and finding it impossible. I would like to be able to add pictures through the content of my pages but a placeholder always appears.

1) Qty box to be next to price
- When I work on this point, I saw that it's impossible because qty and add to cart are located in a form, if I move the qty to front the price, the qty will be outside form and will can't work with Add to Cart
2) The price to reflect qty changes ( for example if i have two £1 items in qty box the price will say £2)
- The qty is to specific the number of product to add to cart, the total price will be coculated in cart, the product price is not able to change. If you want the product price change base on some change value of a field, you should create Custom Option for product.

If I try to upload anything other than a default Magento image it just appears as a placeholder to everyone else, apart from on my own computer where it shows perfectly?
I dont really understand what the problem could be - do you have any suggestions?
I am currently trying to upload a picture to my Royal Wedding Fever blog and finding it impossible. I would like to be able to add pictures through the content of my pages but a placeholder always appears.
Other changes I would like to be made if possible:
Could you remove the Comparison List?
'More Choices' in the shopping cart to be moved above the Order Total?
Also, I have noticed that 'From' does not appear before the product prices which we discussed previously.

I have made for you but just 2 points that it is impossible
1) Qty box to be next to price
- When I work on this point, I saw that it's impossible because qty and add to cart are located in a form, if I move the qty to front the price, the qty will be outside form and will can't work with Add to Cart
2) The price to reflect qty changes ( for example if i have two £1 items in qty box the price will say £2)
- The qty is to specific the number of product to add to cart, the total price will be coculated in cart, the product price is not able to change. If you want the product price change base on some change value of a field, you should create Custom Option for product.

However we had agreed upon a price for these jobs to be completed so where do I stand in the way of a refund?
I have also noticed the short description is still not showing.
Also can you make the whole thing a little smaller so its inline with the navigation bar its just a bit to big now when at 100% zoom.
Can you also make the image area a little smaller so there is more white space between it and the add to cart section

I have now added some configurable products and found that when you are in the products and press on the colour of your choice, a random duplicate photo appears above the main photo and I am not sure how to stop this happening?
Also, the size of the pricing in the tiers has altered and looks rather odd, please could you make these prices all the same size as the text, but leaving the main price as it is?

We are having problems with customers uploading photos to their order via a mobile phone.
I will attach a screenshot of the error message.
Also, on the screen before the customer pays via PayPal, it says 'Estimated Total' which seems a little non-committal - could this be altered to say 'Total'?
Lastly, the wording on the ''Add Discount' button doesn't fit correctly.
I have attached screen shots of all of the above.
Any help with the Analytics will also be very much appreciated!!
