Can you check the site? Do you set password protected for the site? Or the host permission. You can try to ask the host provider about this if you don't know. Can you see that form in your browser?
sorry for the late replay. It seems we have big problems with our host. We want to change now.
What if we cancel everything at the one host and completely register new at another one. Can I then use the theme again? I won't copy - I just need to change.
You can still use the normal theme. Has the website on your server changed a lot? If you have not changed a lot you can re-import from our theme and continue to improve. If you have changed a lot you can install the All in One plugin to export the file and then import into your new server.
None of use could log in. We changed the service company and now everything works again. I created a new account with the same log in and just uploaded the theme and the demo again. Still I don't have the same design as the real demo.
Could you now please completely install the demo? Would be important if you can help today cause I meet my customer tomorrow.
