    Hi , 

    I followed the documentation to access to Create Panel account on the frontend (http://www.luxxis.cm/customer/account/create/) , unfortunately , when I try to create an account the form come back to the same page and the user is not created...


    Could you please advise ?

    Hi,

    Please try to reindex data with this command line:

    php bin/magento indexer:reindex

    I tried your solution , but nothing change. Sill not abble to create an account and come back to the same page.

    Dear mngoe,

    Thanks for your response, i have fixed for you. The cause of the error is Mageplaza_Smtp. I  disabled it

    Your solution does not work on the dialog box.
