Hello, I had two questions about your theme that I just can't figure out how to configure.
1. I have one of your footers that has the social media tabs on the bottom, however it is showing up with question marks next to the social media tabs (places where icons should go). It's as if linkedin, twitter and youtube icons are suppose to show up but aren't. How do I fix this? Here is an example of one that is working, I uploaded the demo to another host to test things: http://smx.9f3.myftpupload.com/contact-us/
2. In the same footer option, I see there is a contact form that is avaliable and I don't know how to integrate the same contact form that is in the demo (http://smx.9f3.myftpupload.com/contact-us/
Any help asap would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
1: Do you use any social plugin? I checked our code and the font icon was gone and replaced it with the SVG font.
2: I created a contact form called Contact Form Footer and called shortcode in Appearance -> Widget -> Footer Form.
