Account creation after checkout not working

    Tried in 3 browsers: When placing an order, a new customer is told that account can be created after the order. However, while the window comes up, the entry is not taken. Basically the screen reverts to the empty fields and no account is created. The order remains customer group "not logged in".

    In the German version the option to create the account does not even come up. 

    I tried Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome. This after countless customers started reporting the problem.

    This seems to be the problem:

    Unable to resolve the source file for 'frontend/Mgs/unero/en_US/css/check_out.css'

    As I have seen, some other people have the same problem:
