    how can i do the modification on header right section on search, avatar(pop login) and cart.

    for example to cart and search options

    Hello,

    You can install and active child theme. Then, you can copy file header-3.php (The header you are selecting) in inc\template-parts\headers to child theme path modus-child\inc\template-parts\headers.
