You need install and active Redux Framework plugin
Then, You can go to Modus -> Header -> Header 1 -> Choose Menu

You can go to Appearance -> Menu -> Select Main Menu -> Uncheck primary menu
Then, select the menu you want to show header -> Choose it as the primary menu.
