    I am following the installation instructions for a Magento store I already have installed. When I get to the step to enable the MGS modules they are not being found. I get... "Uknown module(s) 'MGS_Mpanel'"

    I most definitely will NOT provide my ssh and admin information. That is not an acceptable solution. I am fully capable of following directions, as I have followed the install directions to the letter. The installation is not working and I would prefer to return the product for a full refund if possible. Do you know who I need to speak with to request a refund of this product?

    I can make sure the problem comes from the way you installed our theme, the MGS_Mpanel module is a obligatory module of the theme, all customers installed and it is working. If you can't provide any information, I will teamviewer for you. Please provide ID and pass of the Teamviewer

    I have no doubt that there is an issue with the installation but I am not willing to provide my login information to some random stranger. I have followed the instructions to the best of my ability. I am on a shared web host and cannot change users to the "apache" user as I do not have permissions. This installation process is far more complicated than any theme install I have ever done. I'm sure it's not complicated once you have done it more than once but I really don't have the time to mess with this right now. I honestly, expected the install to be a simple folder drop and a few button clicks. It is a great theme but I don't want to go back and forth with a support team to get it working. This is just too much effort for the requirements of this project and I would like to move on with a different solution now. So unless you know how I can have my money refunded we have not more to discuss.

    Thanks for your response,

    I don't think that there any complex with installing our theme, our customers installed successful even they have not had experience working with magento2. When you install the theme, I think that I missed this step:

    save image

    The last I are not allowed to refund you directly or decide you will be refunded or not, please send a refund request to the themeforest, my manager will consider about your case.

    It is impossible to miss that step as I could not even begin the install without having the files loaded on the web server. Something that trivial would not be a cause for my concern. As I have stated previously, I was expecting a 1-click install given the cost of the theme. It was not a $39 theme this was $99 and one of the more expensive on Themeforest. 

    I appreciate your help with this and have read through all of the instructions multiple times. Additionally, after speaking with my web host, I found that the system requirements for Magento 2 are not fully supported anyway. Therefore, I am moving in an entirely different direction now. I have submitted a request for refund. I will wait to see how this plays out. Thank you for the help.
