    Hello fairport,

    Thanks for your ticket,

    For this notification:

    "Unknown module(s): 'MGS_Ajaxlayernavigation', 'MGS_ExtraGallery', 'MGS_GDPR', 'MGS_Guestwishlist', 'MGS_InstantSearch', 'MGS_Landing', 'MGS_Lookbook'"

I can make sure that you didn't upload the theme files properly, if possible you should reinstall the Magento2 then install the theme on a fresh Magento2.

If you feel difficult to install, please install a fresh Magento2 then give me your site info ( site url, admin account and ssh account ), I will install for you.

Also seem you gave them a bad review on the themeforest, I know you felt unhappy when couldn't install the theme but at lease give us a chance to help you

    OOPS...
It looks like someone read my ticket before I edited it saying this ....

".... all my issues went away when I did complete clean start  The installation went very nicely. One issue "You will have to upload theme pack, to upload theme pack, please refer Step 1 in this document Install Magento"  <<< THIS LINK IS BROKEN

All the best with the theme ... I really like the look of it."

    >> Also seem you gave them a bad review on the theme forest
NO... NOT ME ... It was "by skweb_ch 23 hours ago"

I have never left a bad review on Theme Forest for any Magento theme or Joomla template & I've bought lots over the years.
In fact I will leave a really good review there right now ..

    Hi
I will supply you the root user access credentials for WHM ..There is only 1 web site hosted there ..
so you can access cPanel from the List of Accounts
cPanel has a Terminal for doing the php / composer / commands ... so you don;t need ssh credentials

    See attached

    Regards

    Hi...
I am actually moving along with changing css styles... etc & I have worked out how to set up the nega menu.
The main reason I wanted to load up the demo data etc. was to understand how you created the "Catalog" slide in side bar. So maybe you can point me to the documentation for that.

If I know how you did that .. I think I can manage without the demo data

Actually I just upgraded to your 1.0.3

then tried upgrading to Magento 2.3  & I'm getting errors... so the whole site is busted now
I did all the upgrade steps but composer upgrade throws:  (even though I have  my memory_limit as 3G, then 4G then -1)

    Crazy.

    [purelinen@server public_html]$ php -d allow_url_fopen=on /opt/cpanel/composer/bin/composer update

    Hello fairport,

    Thanks for your feedback,

I will help you to install the theme but please make sure something:

    1) If you want to use Magento 2.3.0, please make sure your php version support Magento 2.3, read more heree

    https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/install-gde/system-requirements-tech.html

    2) Please install a fresh Magento 2.3.0, if you can't install it, it is the problem of php version, you should ask your hosting

    3) After installed the Magento 2.3.0, please provide admin url, admin account and ssh account for me, I will help to install the theme. If possible please don't provide your site info by screenshot/image, if so I can't copy and must type word by word, it will be cause of some wrong

    4) You don't need to install the full demo data, you can ask me how to use the extension of the theme.

So let me know as soon as installed the Magento2

    Hello Roger

    Thanks for your effort

    - I am trying to access to admin but seem user or pass is wrong, I can't access

    /admin_plm2
    Admin2018
    ^12dETb#!1

    - For your issues:

+ conflicts with magento swatches: the problem occurs when you didn't apply patch 2.2+ to your site, you are using Magento 2.3, so you will need to apply this patch, go to Magento 2.1+\Patches\patch_for_magento_2.2+\ folder, and apply this to your site

+ installs into en_US folder instead of en_AU: Yes as default the Magento2 only generate en_US, so when you run deployment, you must add en_AU as an option, like this: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f en_AU en_US

+ conflicts with magento's image builder : Sorry I don't understand this point, may I ask more detail? Thanks

    Hello fairport,

I see that you installed our theme successfuly, we created the Catalog Sticky by static block, please go to admin CONTENT -> BLocks and find a static block with identifier is: sticky_catalog, here you can change the content of it.
