UPDATE, I unpacked the downloaded file and I'm now getting somewhere.
Seriously concerned as time does not permit me to check if this author is a fraud. It has not been possible to contact him. I am working to strict deadlines on behalf of a demanding client who needs a solution YESTERDAY! This delay and uncertainty has and continues to cost me both time and money. I am hopeful that if I do get an opportunity to install the them, the author will see fit extend the support free of charge for a further 6 months. I am tempted and seriously considering to cancel the payment via PayPal and look for an alternative.
