I have report (comment) few issue on Envato Theme since few weeks ago and your customer service is terrible, very slow response and didn't have any quick solutions to solve the issue. and finally ask me come to here and re-submit the issues and wait for response again, I hope here can solve all the issues quicky in once.
1) How to rename the “Delivery & Return” on the single product? I have bad experience from your onsite support, so I not going to provide the backend access to you, and those issues are not related to other plugins.

You need update latest theme.
1: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Shop > Shop Single -> Change Title
2: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Shop > Shop Single -> Hide option information tab
3: You can go to Appearance -> Widgets -> Humburger Menu -> Add widget Custom HTML -> Add code
May I know what is your latest version? right now mine is 1.3.0, i didn't see any delivery popup title to edit
