How was this solved? I cannot create a ticket as I dont have a purchase code. This was downloaded via envato elements unlimited subscription.
It seems there are a few fundamental flaws in this theme. I have tried all the settings in the admin panel. Whilst in the WP customize options when changing the footer the screen refreshes as though changes have been made but still nothing shows. I have tried all the "show" & "hide" settings.
Header is not visible Footer is also not visible.
I can not change beteen headers via the theme menu
This is a clean install of the theme with import demo data!
Please provide me a solution.
