I've purchased the Unero Theme on Magento 2. But there's a bug: Newsletter Pop Up is not appearing on the mobile site. But it's still appearing on the desktop site.
I understand your meaning but this is not a bug, we don't want to show the newsletter popup on the mobile because on the mobile, the screen size is too small and we don't think that it is a good experience for user.

then remove the condition on line 58 but you will need to style for mobile
