    According to our server supplier  "Magemojo " The theme Magento Unero presents an error EU does not allow integration with our ERP.

       NULL, ?array $attributes = NULL) in /srv/public_html/app/code/MGS/Mpanel/Block/Product/ImageBuilder.php on line 49   

    It is because you didn't apply a patch for 2.3.1+ to your site, please find it in Magento 2.1+\Patches\patch_for_magento_2.3.1+\ folder, read Readme file and apply this patch, the above problem will be resolved

    Hello,

    So you only need to upload the content of Magento 2.1+\Patches\patch_for_magento_2.3.1+\ folder to magento root, override old files then clear cache and check again
