1st I LOVE THE THEME, it has been great to me, the document that you provided is also more than helpful.
1. on Collection Page - the ONLY filter that appears on the site is 'Category Tree'. The others are supposed to be listed on the site but only appear on the admin console. ANY help would be wonderful, also I have read the document over 5 times I am having no luck.
2. On the HOME PAGE when the GPS Slideshow is added the Action Url, does not load when the link when the picture is clicked.

About your issue:
1. Our filter in collection page is filter by tag. You can read more in this document: https://help.shopify.com/en/themes/customization/collections/filter-collections-with-product-tags
So if you want to show filter prices and colors, you need add tags both in product and collection filter settings.
2. Sorry for inconvenience, if possible could you please send our your admin account or staff account so we can check the code for you.
