    Dear Claue Team,

    We would like to draw your kind attention to our private ticket #2202316.

    We write with great disappointment looking at the kind of evasive and unprofessional service being provided by your team to us. More than a dozen messages were not enough for your team to react in the right spirit and help us resolve our concerns over problems being faced in admin panel of your claue module which are linked to our live website.  In fact it is very clear now that you have been trying just to buy time by citing excuses like 'we are unable to view your website' knowing well that in next few days i.e. 28.nov 19, your free support period will come to an end. Or how else do you explain your actions? Assuming your contention of being unable to view the website was correct, we, in consultation with our website developer and hosting provider, also shared with you ways by which you should be able to fix any such problem you may be facing, but you took no measures, and in fact have stopped responding. Also, please understand that as a service provider, the onus is on YOU to provide service to your clients and you have to find a way to do so.

    We hope the management which take a notice of our grievance and will act in a responsible and professional manner and resolve all issues being faced by us without any further delay. We had purchased this module with great interest looking at the features offered but these are no good if the backend has multiple problems and there is no support provided.

    We hope to receive a response soonest with at least an acknowledgement sent today.

    >> I am not sure I would agree with you on this. It has to be a theme based problem. Or how else do you explain that even if we use a basic function like 'view 200 images on a page', the admin panel starts showing an error. The admin panel is not created by us or our developer. So it tends to malfunction on multiple occasions like these. Similarly, while adding images from the backend, it starts showing an error for reasons not understood and as a result the images on front end also stop being visible as explained in point 1 above. You have to appreciate that we have waited over a month for you to sort this out as our website developer is also unable to help us here citing problems with your theme. Not to mention the huge business losses we are incurring due to this delay. Kindly assist! 

    3. 'Last Viewed scroller': This does not appear at bottom of the page (product detail page) and rather shows at the very top of the page. Please advise how can we set it up to show at the bottom of the page (above footer)

You will then notice that the images start showing under RECENTLY VIEWED which overlaps the product detail layout as well as the layout below it - 'WHY CHOOSE INSPIRED LIVING'. I have also attached 3 images for your ready reference. The current positioning is OK  but ONLY THAT THEY OVERLAP with existing content. Please suggest reasons and way out of it.  


    4. Please advise on how we can set up GST tax percentages at backend - product category wise.

    Yes. The product images have now started showing on category page. Appreciated!

    So that this problem does not repeat itself, please tell us what did we do wrong? If you can inform us, we will ensure that we do not repeat this mistake - i.e. if it was a mistake from our end.

    Please also look at other points raised in previous emails like the problem faced with LAST VIEWED etc. 

    However we now also see that that no images are showing on the home page. Can I request you to also have a look at this.

Currently, what has happened is that the hosting company - JumboHost had their servers crashed causing multiple problems to all websites which were hosted on their servers.     I have shared 2 images which show the following:

    1. How the product page should show.

    2. How the product page is showing. The RECENTLY VIEWED images need to show at the end of the page while it overlaps with other content on the page.  Pls. assist in correcting this issue.

    You will also observe that the 'recently viewed' starts showing in 2 rows while it should be scrolling in one row - as is seen on all websites.

    Hello Thong Bui,

    Today, we re-started uploading new products from the backend and here is what happened:

    On uploading 1 image in the 'mirror frame' section, this did show itself on the front end BUT just after 2 seconds, this and all other images on the page disappear (go off screen) and we have a blank page showing. Not only for this particular page (i.e. mirror frame page) but all pages are reacting the same way. Pls. check any product page. Or follow this link https://inspiredliving.co.in/home-decor/mirror-frames-wall-decor/mirror-frames.html. If you refresh the pages, the images appear only to disappear after 2 seconds.

    This is getting quite disturbing and very frustrating as we continue to lose valuable time.

    Two more points relating to this:

    1. The thumbnail images selected at the backend do not show at the front end (they showed earlier)

    2. At the backend panel, when we go to CATALOG > PRODUCTS , we get this view (see attached image). Like earlier, this page still continues to show 'Attention - something went wrong'. So we are unable to view and edit products already listed by us which is very essential for us to have access to.

    "As per the attachment, it has been highlighted over the Line 83 of that specified PHP file is causing problem.

    After checking that code, it has been found that particular file is for managing stock inventory and line 83 is using SKU no."

    I would like to draw your kind attention to my last email dated Jan.09, 2020.

    While problem #1 had been fixed by you, we are still not clear on how to fix the problem #2. I had a look at the link you had shared but that does not tell me much (Pls see attachment). I urge and request you to guide me stepwise on this maybe by screenshots showing me the steps to be taken. Thank you.

    Another thing, you will notice that it's been almost 1 year since I purchased your software with much excitement as I thought this was feature rich and quite ideal for an online business. However, till date, our website continues to be non-functional mainly because of the following reasons:

    1. The website developer hired by us turned our quite unprofessional and has been little or no help. And I or my staff are not very well versed in coding etc.

    2. Your claue module is not exactly very simple to understand and follow and we have seen the back-end going wrong on multiple times.

    I therefore ask you to assist me in fixing the problems being faced and to guide me in implementing all the functionalities offered by your module for which I am willing to pay an extra charge as I understand you do provide assistance at an extra charge. Please confirm the amount you would like to charge me for ensuring my website issues and queries are resolved in no later than 20-30 days from today so we can get our business finally moving.

    I WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND CONCERN AT THIS CRUCIAL JUNCTURE, with an immediate revert and a solution to the problems being faced.

    I continue to wait for requested information sent by email 3 days back and a resolution to the problems informed, namely:

    1. In admin panel, when we go to CATALOG>PRODUCTS, this page does not load and gives a message 'Attention - something went wrong'. So we are unable to view and edit products already listed by us. Kindly advise reasons / advise charges for rectifying this. Thank you.
    2. I had posted some very basic queries which are still unattended. These are minor non-technical points and I only need to know how these function as per your software. Will appreciate if you can take out 5 minutes to answer this as this will allow my work to proceed. Thank you.

    aa) SKU NUMBER: Please advise if there is a certain specific way of entering the SKU number (when we upload a new product in the catalog). Can we write just a number like 1071. or can we write CS 1071. or can we write 01-1071. or all these are OK? Please confirm.

     bb) REWARD POINTS: Does your module offer Reward point setup? I saw somewhere in your demo that it does but could not find notes on it. If you can share a link to demo showing setting up reward points on my website.

    cc) LOOK BOOK & INSTAGRAM SHOP: Please share a link to demo video or demo instructions which will guide me how to add pins to the look book image and how to use such pinned images on our instagram feed.

    1) How to set up DISCOUNT COUPONS in admin panel? What your documentation manual shows does not show in admin panel (Please see attachments). Kindly guide.

    2) How do we change PRODUCT CATEGORIES / sub-categories and make it show on website. We have followed instructions and amended categories at backend BUT it does not show at front end. Do we need to clear cache or activate something for this to show? Please guide.

    2B) Similarly for BANNERS posted ON HOME PAGE, what do we need to do to show the updated content in admin panel? (Because after we add new designs of banners, they still do not show on the website)

    3) How do we set up DEALS (WITH TIMER) on the home page?

    5) Do you have a GIFT CARD provision in this module (we see notes on this in your documentation manual)? 

    6) On top most banner of the home page - how do we change the message displayed in centre? ("Summer sale discount off 50%! Shop Now") Please share a route. How do we re-sent the login?

    7) How do we re-set login details to panel account

    8) How do we enable HOME PAGE BUILDER? Please share it's location route. How do we add NEW STATIC BLOCKS?

    9) PRODUCT PAGE:

    • How do we activate LOAD MORE at end of each product page? (Instead of a person having to scroll different pages)
    • How does a product IMAGE CHANGE BY MOUSE HOVER (2nd image shows when the mouse hovers over the 1st image)
    • How to set up PRODUCT FILTERS in the left most column? How to set up a block here?
    • How do we add product IMAGE LABELS/FLAGS on the product image- like NEW, SALE,...

    10) PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE:

    1. How do we set up different COLOR OPTIONS & SIZE OPTIONS available for the same product.

    Hello,

    I greatly appreciate how you have explained and sent links. I will study this right away. 

    Meanwhile, please advise on 1 point which is not letting us save product content on ADMIN>CATALOG>PRODUCTS>ADD PRODUCT. After we fill in all product information/images and SAVE, we get a message " The value of the 'lookbook' attribute isn't unique. Set a unique value and try again".  Please advise why is this message showing and what can we do to correct this. (or if you would like to log in the admin panel and see for yourself, I can share the admin credentials in a private message.)

    We will be much thankful if we can assisted on above point.

    Hello,

    For some strange reason, we are unable to login to our Magento/Claue admin panel, since last saturday. The message received is - "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later." We have been trying since saturday but nothing works. 

    Now, we have tried using the 'forget password' option, but the message we get here is "We received too many requests for password resets. Please wait and try again later or contact [email protected]."

    Request you to advise us the way to re-set password or be able to login in an any other way.

    Just to update you, we have spoken to the website server host and they have confirmed via email that they HAVE NOT blocked our IP. Their reply " As checked there is no ip block from our side. Please check user name and password in db. "

    So they have no role to play.  Kindly advise why are we unable to re-set the password? Await a way out. Thanks.

    I am not sure what is your problem but this is not theme bug, we can't support to check but you can connect to ssh, navigate to magento root then run this command to create a new admin account

    php bin/magento admin:user:create
