Hi, I first used a private ticket on the 23rd. I tried to have them review why my data transfer isn't working. The ticket got picked up by a guy named Thong Bui. I'm really frustrated because somehow after I left credentials, the site is gone and I can't have it fixed because he responds once every 2-3 days and I need to sort this issue out asap. Is there someone else on this team or is Thong Bui the only person managing the theme. If there's someone else, please get in touch so I can get the site back up and running.
Basically, I am trying to ask him what he changed and he will just not directly tell me!
I am Project Manager, I just asked Thong Bui (my staff), he didn't edit or remove any files from your server, he only checked a file but see that your problem is not a theme bug and I can make sure that there is no any reasons to us remove the code from your server. He also told me, you also have a developer who working on your site, so you should ask him/her.
