According with the Magento 2 official document: "The size and dimensions of the swatch is determined by the theme. As a general rule, saving an image as a square helps to preserve the aspect ratio of a pattern."

I'm not asking to you guys do the job to me, just instruct me how to change it in you guys theme. That would make me a very happy customer.
