Hi, Modus is very slow theme 4 sec and more TTFB wait time (no cache version !)!!!!!!!!!!!! Can u update theme?!!!! This problem have many peaple i check comments in your theme (many comments with word "slow theme") and u only ignore many people!!!!!!

The issue of site load speed is also related to many issues such as the size of the images you upload, hosting, ... Your size is using google map, it is also related to the loading speed. You can check it on https://gtmetrix.com and follow the instructions to optimize your site.
First, we didn't ignore people in comments. My colleague didn't reply to the people in the comments because we supported them viva email or tickets. Our colleague didn't comment into the people's comments so you though that we ignore them.
Second, we use cache to improve page speed. We always suggest the client use the cache to load the site faster. As your attachment file, when you use the cache it looks good.
The third, What do you mean that "We have problem with a theme no with plugins"? When you use any theme from a third party, it always has many plugins and we have to use them to make sure the theme works like the demo.
Fourth, you can use the default Wordpress theme to check the speed, but the site will not have an effect and nice layout as use our theme.

Yes cache is important , but first load with TTFB wait time more than 1 sec mans that theme have same bugs:) I tried use other theme and TTF has under 1sec.
