Because of you are using Guest Wishlist extension, if you want to use default wishlist, please go to admin STORES -> Configuration -> Guest Wishlist [ Mage Solution ] then disable it, then clear magento cache

2) Actually the tab is still working normally, just now you don't have any addtional info, so it doesn't show, if you want to have it, you must set attribute to product then enable this too

2- after registration the click here to resend confirmation email doesn't open anything unless open it in new tab

I have checked but this is not theme bug, it is working the same on Luma theme, please switch to Luma theme to check.

3- wishlist : 

      a. The product doesn't marked as favorite product

          Now our theme doesn't mark the products that added to wishlist as favorite product, you just click on Heart icon on the header to see what product added to the wishlist

       b. when add product to wishlist , it doesn't update header icon count or add them to the side view ,it appears only if user logged out and login again

          You didn't enable the wishlist in admin ( STORES -> Configuration -> Guest Wishlist [ Mage Solution ] )

       c. update wishlist button in my wishlist page appear confirmation message without any change

           I have fixed for you

This is not a bug, it is Ajax Cart and need time to waiting for js loading

This is a difficult bug, please give us some time, we will try to fix it asap

6- The setting icon must replace with the language icons for usability:   >> At the English Language, The setting icon must replace to be "ع" OR "عربى" and when clicking on it, it will change the language of the app to be the Arabic language.>>At the Arabic Language, The setting icon must replace to be "EN" and when clicking on it, it will change the language of the app to be the English language.

 I found the problem, you added the following code:

in description, and this id "product_addtocart_form" has been dupplicated and make ajax cart not working, when I remove it, the ajax cart works fine.

Please go to admin CONTENT -> Blocks then find these blocks
