    Hello,

    On product page in admin side, i can see that the brand for the product is correct. But on brand page from admin side i dont see the product and i see random product instead. Please check attachments and advise.

    You still haven't fixed this?

    If you dont understand the issue i can explain it more.

    If you open a product from admin side that has "zara" written in its name, you will find that it has the brand set on "zara". But if you open brand page from admin side, on products tab, that product doesn't appear there.

    Hello mohammad,

    I tried to access the "Red Vanilla by Zara for Women EDT 200ml" product (SKU: PER0216) and I found that it was out of stock, which is why the admin brand page cannot be displayed that product.

    1 . You are not correct regarding the brand, check the attachments.

    2. What about the filters? Please check the ticket again.

    3. Answer the rest of the tickets please, delay like this is totally not acceptable! You delay the reply and you dont even check the ticket subject And context carefully!

    I would like to tell you that you are the worst IT company i have dealt with for the following reasons:

    1- Your product is full of bugs

    2- And you know that it is full of bugs, then you pretend that you dont understand what i am talking about when i report a bug

    3- Always very very late reply on tickets for reasons I have never heard before from any professional companies ( you answer after days and say: sorry i was sick) !!, this is an answer from professionals or a professional company?

    4- You delay replays for weeks !

    5- Even when you answer a ticket, your drop most of the points in the answer, and only answer it partially to gain more time or you think that I will forget the rest !

    6- You do things that i dont ask you to do it, without even asking for my permission ! for example you have upgraded the theme without telling me, and you destroyed all my customization ! thanks God that I have backup before you do this unbelievable mistake !

    7- The features mentioned in your product description if fake partially. For example, the mega menu extension that I proffered to buy your theme because it is included was broken, and when I asked you to used another free one to replace it and to fit with your theme, you let me pay 50 $ and you took a month to do it for me after many many complains for the delay. 

    8- Because it is full of bugs, I hired a developer to fix the bugs, then when I ask your for help you tell me that the code is edited !! what do you want me to do? to wait forever until you fix it for me??!!

    9- Your communication is very slow, like if we are in the 1800s not in 2020 ! you should use faster channels like chatting and skype instead of this old fashioned tickets system !

    Hello mohammad,

    I am really sorry about this, sorry that you had a bad experience with our service.

    But with this ticket, i did not do anything, because i see that it is issue with your db when you import. I didn't update your theme, I never make any major changes to the source code without the customer's permission but great because your site is okay.

    We really hope that you can sympathize with us, I will try to support you better.
